Here, Bump made it to Edinburgh, Scotland with community members Linda and Mark.

My Birthday!

Friday, June 10th is my birthday! So we’re having a FREE FRIDAY NIGHT DANCE PARTY from 6:45pm – 9pm!
This is a FREE EVENT, open to all.
My birthday bash will include a one-hour class,
games, prizes, cake and a champagne punch toast!
What to wear?
High Drama, Danceable, Fun, Costume.
Think sequins, glitter, lashes, wigs, color.
Make sure you can dance and sweat in it!
Barb and I are really excited to dance and play with you this Friday night and to celebrate my birthday in style! Woot!

Ms. Barb Duff will be dominating the dance floor this weekend – Friday morning covering my class (I’ll be in NY!), Saturday teaching a double shot Nia, then Zumba, and covering my Sunday Nia “church”.
There will be no classes on Monday – Nia Underground will be taking a breath.

Alicia Peas travels to New Jersey!

This weekend, my original routine called “Alicia Peas” (because it is made up exclusively of songs by Alicia Keys and The Black Eyed Peas), was presented in New Jersey by Brown Belt Nia teacher Kim Lane to 17 of her students! She said they LOVED the material.
I feel honored that my material made it across the country! How cool is that?

In response to the tragedy in Japan, tonight’s DownDown event will focus on healing energy, with ALL proceeds benefiting Global Giving and it’s efforts to provide relief to those impacted by the record-breaking earthquake and tsunami.
