SLOW DOWN! Enjoy monthly “D’Nia” (aka Dina’s take on Nia) Routine Deepening Workshops

These workshops are for you if you would like to:

* learn basics about Nia form.
* understand more about the Nia Technique experientially.
* have your own “body of work” – routines in which you feel a sense of mastery.
* have even more fun taking Dina’s class because you’ve deepened with the moves.
* get individual coaching on your Body’s Way and update your patterns.
* connect deeper in community.
* consider taking your White Belt and want a small step first.

Class times:
Weekend Option – Saturday (4 hours) and Sunday (5 hours).
Weekday Option – M, W, or F (9 hours scattered over three days, from late morning to afternoon)
